WHEN DO YOU NEED THE FINAL R.S.V.P. COUNT
You will need to contact me at least 4 days prior to your party to review the R.S.V.P.’s that have been received, and to determine the exact headcount for your event.  This will be the number we use to plan appropriate quantities of food, favors, and the advance cost of preparing for your party.  Thus, you will be charged accordingly

IF A CHILD DOES NOT SHOW UP, DO I STILL PAY FOR THAT CHILD?Please remember, you will be charged for the final headcount you gave prior to the party.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM / MAXIMUM ATTENDANCE?
Parties may be scheduled for 10 or more children, as long as you have the space to accommodate your guests and the package activities.  If less than 10 attend your party, you will still be charged for 10 children.  Maximum attendance for most parties is 16 children including the guest of honor or there is an additional $100.00 fee. Parents are also welcome to stay as long as you can accommodate space for the children’s activities, as well as seating for the adults.

WHAT HAPPENS IF GUESTS ARRIVE LATE?
Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time.  Those guests coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.
