FOR EXAMPLE: The group has already completed the make-up session and has moved on to the craft, the late guest must skip the make-up and join in the craft.  This is necessary in order to provide the least amount of disruption to the party, and your understanding is appreciated.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER OR
THERE IS AN ILLNESS?
In case of severe weather or illness, Kid Special-Teas reserves the right to RESCHEDULE your party. If you choose to cancel your party and/or the services of Kid Special-Teas at this time, please remember that your deposit is non-refundable. If the guest of honor becomes ill, we will gladly work with you to choose an alternate date for your party, based on availability. Kid Special-Teas will only consider canceling your party if it is unsafe for Kid Special-Tea employees and/or your guests to arrive safely.
