Parties should be
reserved with a deposit at least three weeks prior to the
Event date (preferably sooner). To reserve a party please
email me with the requested
date and time and I will confirm that the date is available
and send you a Reservation Form (email or U.S. Postal Service)
to submit with your deposit.
Deposit requirements
are as follows: $100 for all packages. Deposits ARE
refundable less a $25 fee (planning and invitations) if notice
is given at least three weeks prior to the Event. Cancellations
must be in writing, email is acceptable; please allow two
weeks for refund processing. If cancellation is given within three weeks of
the Event every attempt will be made to reschedule your event for a
different date; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. If new invitations are required for a rescheduled party, there will be a $2.00/invitation charge.
Deposit can be made
via cash, check and or Major Credit Card
(accepted thru Paypal.com)
Upon receipt of deposit
you will receive a Confirmation and
Contract letter in the mail confirming the details of the
said Event.
